Upgraded the electricity supply to my detached garage from 16Kw to 32Kw and installed an Easee 7Kw charger for my Kia Nero EV. Despite encountering a problem with a previously installed cable channel under the driveway the jobs were completed on time and to the original quotation. Everything was left neat and tidy and included a teach-in on using the charger app.

Hi I emailed Midlec Ltd for a quote for a electric car charger they contacted me and made a appointment to come and see what I needed then I got the quote and it was great price then Paul rang me from midlec Ltd and asked me questions I said I wanted a charger to do both run of electric and solar power if you have one he said yes it will be a bit more money I said fine he sent me a quote and it was still cheap so I said go ahead with it the engineer turned up within two weeks and installed it I am over the moon with it Phil the installer was great I have looked for EV Charger installer for a long time the price on some are expensive or you have to take pictures your slef and send them to the company not with Midlec Ltd they come out and do everything for you then send you a quote this is the company to use Paul and Phil are great friendly people and do the job right

Midlec provided a quick, efficient and cost effective service, replacing an older EV charger with the newer Ohme home pro. Paul arrived on time on the day agreed and installed the unit neatly covering the previous installation holes, making the new install look like it had always been there. Paul had really good knowledge of EV chargers in general and talks you thru the chargers features and operation with ease. I would highly recommend Midlec if you are looking for a new EV charger.

Paul couldn’t do enough to help us with our new EV charger. The installation was very quick & then he spent much more time with us. He installed the relevant app on both our phones & went on to explain their use. He was very patient with 2 non ‘techy’ pensioners and left us saying we could phone him any time we needed help. So far we haven’t needed to but it is a great to know we have back up. He knows his job & is very organised with his administration. It was a pleasure dealing with such a good person! I would highly recommend Paul & his company

Paul installed an EV charger for us. Explained everything he was going to do first and helped me set up the charger and app and then test it on the car. Thoroughly nice chap. Highly recommended.

Paul installed an EV Charger having been recommended to me by a neighbour. He and his colleague were very professional from their first visit to the day of install. Given the location of our consumer unit it could have been a tricky installation but they managed to get the cable to the outside wall without any fuss. Would recommend.
